As part of their continued growth, they are seeking to hire an Architect
Responsibilities for this role include, but may not be limited to:
* Comprehend and develop design projects
* Prepare and refine drawings, models, and images
* Coordinate with internal design teams and external organisations
* Take responsibility for specific design areas as directed
* Maintain evidence of continuing professional development (CPD) and an annual Personal Development Plan (PDP)
* Adhere to company procedures and standards
* Assist in other tasks as required

Essential Skills and Qualities
* Legal eligibility to work in the country of the position
* Strong design decision-making and presentation skills
* Proficiency in various media for design development and documentation
* Initiative and responsiveness to direction
* Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
* Commitment to lifelong learning and flexibility towards new working methods
* Excellent organisational and interpersonal skills
* Ability to manage sensitive information
* Self-motivated with a proactive approach to tasks
* Team player with the ability to build relationships at all levels
* Resilience and calmness under pressure
Desirable Skills
* Understanding of the architect's role in project coordination and management
* Experience in managing junior assistant architects
* Knowledge of financial aspects of design projects
* Proficiency in software such as Revit, PhotoShop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Microsoft Office Suite
