Join to apply for the Practice Development Nurse/HCP role at Kent Community Health NHS Foundation Trust.
We have both full and part-time roles available for skilled nurses to join our Community Nursing Teams across sites in East Kent. We are currently able to be flexible with hours and location.
As the Practice Development Nurse will promote excellence in clinical practice, providing professional leadership across East or West Kent locality.
Responsibilities
* Co-ordinate and facilitate educational activities for registered and non-registered Nursing staff within the designated practice areas.
* You will be a clinically credible practitioner able to work autonomously and with a team, teaching and demonstrating technical clinical skills and assessing competencies within clinical practice.
* Working with colleagues both at their bases and in patients’ homes across the locality providing a high level of visibility to staff, patients, relatives and carers.

Additional Working Pattern: part time and full time hours available. flexible hours and core of the day 9-5
