Automation & Electrical Problem-Solver: Proven experience in diagnosing and resolving complex automation and electrical issues within a fast-paced FMCG environment. PLC Proficiency: Hands-on experience working with PLCs to troubleshoot and optimize production systems. Action-Oriented & Collaborative: A results-driven individual who excels at problem-solving, collaborates effectively with others, and can easily prioritize diverse workloads. Engineering Foundation: A Higher National Certificate (HNC) in an electrical, automation, or multi-skilled engineering discipline is desirable, supported by relevant practical experience. What would be your key responsibilities? Diagnose & Resolve Complex Faults: Expertly troubleshoot and repair automation, electrical, and mechanical issues on production machinery. Drive Continuous Improvement in Reactive Maintenance: Provide critical on-shift support for resolving system problems (PLC/Servos, HMI) to enhance efficiency. Execute Proactive Maintenance: Conduct preventative maintenance, equipment checks, and repairs to ensure optimal machine performance. Empower Team Capabilities: Train and coach operators, technicians, and apprentices to enhance overall plant expertise.
