If you love crafting compelling content, spotting trends, and using data to shape strategy, this could be the perfect role for you. You'll be part of a small, friendly, fast-paced team that's expanding its social journey across platforms. This is a great opportunity to get stuck into exciting campaigns, support key firmwide initiatives, and help shape how we show up online. This role will be based out of our brand-new central Manchester office, and our standard working hours are 9.30am-5.30pm, however as an inclusive employer, we are willing to consider any flexible working requests. Candidate Overview We are looking for candidates who ideally hold the following skills and experience: Proven ability in a broad social media role, ideally in a corporate or professional services setting. Able to show a mix of creative flair and analytical thinking - you're as comfortable writing a punchy post as you are digging into performance data. Strong communication skills - you can write clearly and persuasively for different audiences. Experience creating multimedia content and briefing external creatives. High level of proficiency with social media tools, analytics platforms, and content creation software Up to date with platform trends and confident using LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, X, and more. Experience delivering paid social campaigns and advising on best practice. A proactive, ideas-driven mindset - you're always looking for ways to improve and innovate. A brand guardian - you understand tone of voice and visual identity and ensure consistency across everything we post. What happens next?
