Role: Food
& Beverage Assistant - Geko
Location: Seaham Hall, County Durham
Resort information:
Salary: Up to £12.21 per hour, dependant on age plus a share of service
charge, approx. 2k a year for full time hours
Hours: Full & Part Time hours on a zero hour contract,
including weekends & bank holidays.
Relationships: General Manager, Kitchen team, Food & Beverage team

The ideal
candidate
14. Previous experience in a similar role required –
restaurant/bar/reception
15. Have excellent customer service and communication
skills
16. Attention to detail to ensure the 5-star standard
of service is delivered consistently
17. Knowledge of Simphony software is advantageous
18. Ability to effectively interact with management,
team members and guests in a professional manner
19. Be a team player as well as an individual
worker
20. Must have transport
21. To provide attentive service during the meal and
watch for special requests.
22. To assist in the general cleaning of your working
areas.
23. To take every opportunity to upsell – desserts,
starters, drinks etc.
24. To attend work consistently well groomed, in
uniform
25. Be willing to attend training and gain an
understanding of the menu to be able to offer guidance and recommendations
to guests
