Neighbourhood Housing Officer (£38,037 per annum, full-time, 12 months maternity cover)
Job Role
We are looking for a proactive, people-focused Neighbourhood Housing Officer to support residents and ensure our shared ownership homes and neighbourhoods remain well managed and welcoming.
You will help customers understand their shared ownership rights and responsibilities, supporting them with their journey with us. By offering clear guidance and building strong, positive relationships, you will help residents get the most from their homes and local area.This is a hands-on role involving estate visits, resolving issues, responding to concerns and ensuring our neighbourhoods are safe, attractive and well maintained.
The successful candidate will have knowledge of housing, estate, leasehold or shared ownership management. You will have excellent customer service skills including the ability to build effective relationships, and confidence managing challenging conversations.

Location Details
The role will have an office base of either our Sevenoaks or Swanley Office. We offer a flexible approach to hybrid working,with full-time colleagues basing themselves in the office twice a week. The successful candidate will need to have a full UK driving licence and access to a car as you will need to work flexibly across homes, offices and in the community.
