You will be Liaising with customers over the phone and by email to ascertain the correct contact details are taken Chasing documentation and checking contract information by email and phone All associated admin duties The right person Should have a good attention to detail Must have worked within an office environment Will have an admin background with customer service skills Be IT literate with a great telephone manner In return you can expect a salary of £25396pa (rising in April to £26296) plus pension and free parking, working Monday to Friday days.
