Retouch and colour-balance own-brand product imagery
Apply standardised white backgrounds, shadows, and perspective corrections
Optimise images for web, ensuring consistency across product ranges
Assess imagery from third-party suppliers against brand standards
Download and edit external images where required to meet platform quality expectations
Flag non-compliant or missing content to internal teams
Maintain accurate file naming conventions and structured folders
Upload assets via tools such as FileZilla to ensure accurate ecommerce delivery
Conduct visual QA to verify correct product image display on live product pages
Work closely with the Photography, Design, and Merchandising teams
Manage and prioritise editing queues based on SKU onboarding timelines
Support continuous improvement of asset workflow and retouching best practices
The Person
Experience in product image retouching, ideally in ecommerce or retail
Expert knowledge of Adobe Photoshop; familiarity with Capture One, Lightroom, or similar tools
Comfortable with file transfer protocols and platforms (e.g. FileZilla, Dropbox)
Understanding of ecommerce platforms, SKU image specs, and optimisation best practices
High attention to detail, efficient time management, and excellent organisational habits
Comfortable working independently in a hybrid setup and as part of a production team
Interest in wellness, consumer retail, and delivering quality digital experiences
