We are currently looking to recruit a reliable and hardworking individual to join our production team, working primarily on the edge banding machine.
Main Duties:
* Operating and assisting with the edge banding machine
* Loading doors and panels through the machine
* Selecting lipping in different timber species and cutting to length
* Maintaining a fast-paced and efficient workflow
* Ensuring good housekeeping by keeping the work area clean and tidy at all times
* Assisting with other duties throughout the business when there is no edging work required
Working Hours:
* Monday to Thursday: 6:30am - 4:30pm
* Friday: 6:30am - 2:00pm
Pay:
* Hourly rate: Minimum wage
The ideal candidate will:
* Be reliable and punctual
* Be able to work at speed while maintaining quality
* Have a good attitude towards teamwork and helping where needed
* Experience in a factory or woodworking environment is an advantage, but not essential as training can be provided
