Overview
We are seeking a proactive and highly organised Media & Customer Operations Executive to join our growing team at Legacy Studio, the media company behind the Legacy Bench brand.
This is a fast-paced, hands-on role where your primary focus will be supporting Legacy Bench — coordinating guests, managing shoot days, posting content, and keeping media operations running smoothly. During quieter periods, you will also provide customer support for other businesses within our group.
This role suits someone energetic, switched-on, and comfortable juggling media, communication, and operational tasks in a dynamic environment.
Duties
* Coordinate and manage day-to-day operations for Legacy Bench, including guest bookings and communications
* Support filming days on-site by coordinating schedules, guests, editors, and internal team members
* Communicate with guests before and after filming, including pre-screen and preparation calls
* Chase video editors, deliverables, and content timelines to ensure deadlines are met
* Post and manage content across social media platforms, including writing engaging titles, captions, and descriptions
* Use AI tools intelligently to support content creation, keywords, and hashtag research
* Respond to emails, follow up enquiries, and support partnership and collaboration conversations
* Upload and update content on the website, including blogs and show-related updates
* Work closely with internal team members and external creatives to keep projects aligned
* During quieter periods, assist with inbound calls and enquiries for other group businesses, providing professional and intelligent customer support

* Ability to write catchy, engaging titles and descriptions

Pay: £24,550.00-£26,922.95 per year
