RS Recruitment is recruiting a Fabric Engineer to carry out planned and reactive commercial maintenancein Milton Keynes .
The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of facilities maintenance and a proven track record in commercial building maintenance.
This position would be ideal for a Fabric Handyman currently in a similar position who is keen on progression. In return, the company offers a competitive salary of £18/£20 per hour with a potential temp to perm position.
Shift: Monday to Friday
Duties:
* Basic Plumbing
* Basic Carpentry
* Lamp changing
* Take Tap Temperatures
* Flushing
* PPM’s
* Reactive maintenance
* Assist other engineers onsite as required
* Replacement of floor tiles (carpet ceramic)
