About Our Client
Page Personnel are working with a well established and growing services business. Due to the expansion of the company they are seeking a Credit Controller to join the team at a very exciting time.
Job Description
Credit Controller responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
3. Reconciliation and management of accounts ensuring adherence to credit terms
4. Maintaining proactive contact with customers to ensure invoices have been received
5. Speaking to customers in advance ensuring that payments are ready to be issued on time and in full
6. Ongoing audit and analysis of credit limits to mitigate the risk of exposure
7. Resolve queries both internally and externally around outstanding invoices
8. Set up new customer accounts accurately, in detail and prior to first invoice due date
9. Proactive contact with clients to ensure they are kept up to date with any issues or changes
10. Ensure notes and actions are clearly recorded in the credit control system.
11. Communicating and managing customer repayment plans as agreed with Credit Control Manager/Senior
12. Take ownership of complex account problems
13. Raise & process credit requests
The Successful Applicant
The candidate will:
14. Have previous Credit Control experience - Required
15. Possess excellent communication skills both written and verbal - Required
16. Have high attention to detail and levels of accuracy - Required
17. Be able to work effectively to meet deadlines - Required
18. Have strong working knowledge of MS Excel - Required
