The Opportunity
We’re hiring aKey Account Executiveto join a high-performing commercial team in Manchester.
This is aclient-facing, relationship-led rolewhere you’ll work closely with a Key Account Director to manage and grow a portfolio of recruitment agency clients.
You’ll be responsible forincreasing contractor volumes, strengthening relationships, and identifying cross-sell opportunities— all within a structured, KPI-driven environment.

What You’ll Be Doing:
* Managing and developing a portfolio ofrecruitment agency accounts
* Increasingcontractor referrals and revenuewithin your patch
* Acting as a key contact for clients alongside the KAD
* Regular outreach to consultants (calls, email, LinkedIn)
* Identifying and executingcross-sell and upsell opportunities
* Maintaining accurate records and insights via CRM (Monday.com)
* Attendingagency visits, events, and hospitality
What We’re Looking For:
* 2+ years’ experience in the umbrella/payroll industry (or a financial services based Account Manager role)
* Strong understanding ofcontractor solutions (PAYE, Ltd, CIS)
* Confident communicator with arelationship-first mindset
