Base Location: New Forest, Swindon, Melksham, Andover, Slough, Petersfield, Basingstoke, Thatcham, Poole, Oxford, Reading, West London, Portsmouth, Aldershot, Yeovil or Theale.

Salary: £54,952 – £64,738 plus a range of benefits to support your family, finances and wellbeing.

Working Pattern: Permanent | Full time | Flexible – first options available.

As a Contracts Delivery Manager, you will create and deliver critical overhead network projects up to 132 kV, leading a team of tower line specialists and coordinating trusted external contractors to ensure high‑quality performance and service delivery.


You Will

* Monitor contractor work to ensure safety, compliance and quality standards are met.
* Manage multiple projects from start to finish, focusing on safety, quality, cost, timing and process.
* Track daily progress and resources, maintaining clear communication with contractors, teams and stakeholders.
* Keep accurate project records, ensure contractors are trained and authorised, and support team skills and wellbeing.
* Identify improvements, manage budgets efficiently and take actions to increase productivity, cut costs and keep customers satisfied.


You Have

* Proven experience with 132 kV overhead line towers, including hands‑on technical knowledge.
* Strong background in contract partner management and delivering projects on time and to a high standard.
* Good understanding of DNO operations, revenue models, price control frameworks and regulatory compliance.
* Confident stakeholder engagement and clear communication at all levels, building trust and collaboration.
* Practical, commercially minded team leader with project delivery experience, IT skills and the ability to align plans with customer needs.

This role involves travel across various locations to support business needs. A vehicle will be provided for work‑related travel. The company car or cash allowance is not part of the contractual terms and conditions for this role.
