The role involves setting up and operating slitting machinery to process laminated film into specified widths, ensuring quality, safety, and production targets are consistently met. Key Responsibilities: Setting up and operating slitting machines Loading materials and adjusting rotary blades to job specifications Monitoring machine performance and material flow Carrying out quality checks and completing production documentation Cleaning and maintaining equipment Packing finished rolls, labelling, and preparing for dispatch Meeting production targets and line speed standards Reporting maintenance issues and unsafe conditions Requirements: Previous experience in production, slitting, or printing environments preferred Ability to read measurements and use basic measuring equipment Good attention to detail and problem-solving skills Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling Reliable, team-focused, and flexible to operational needs Work Environment: Fast-paced production setting with moving machinery Opportunities for cross-training and skill development For more details or to apply, please contact Quest Employment Banbury .
