We are currently seeking a highly-organised and experienced Administration Manager to oversee the daily operations of our hospital’s busy and diverse administrative functions. You’ll be working full time, (Mon-Fri) 40 hours per week at Cygnet Hospital Bury Dunes, helping ensure the safe and smooth running of services for the people in our care. This post involves line managing functions including General Admin, HR, Finance, Training & Staffing Admin, Support Services and Medical Secretaries. The ideal candidate will be process-oriented with excellent attention to detail and a range of admin skills including minute-taking, report writing and data presentation. Confidence in dealing with a range of sensitive and confidential issues is essential, as is previous experience of working to HR policies and procedures such as absence and performance management. Cygnet Bury Dunes provides a wide range of inpatient mental health services for men and women including specialist deaf services and emergency admission services. Your day-to-day Overseeing the hospital’s administrative functions, ensuring they are aligned with Cygnet standards and policies. Having a good working knowledge of all aspects of the work of the admin teams. Providing guidance, support and supervision for team members. Ensuring there is adequate cover for periods of leave across the teams. Being responsible for aspects of the administration budget. Preparing agendas for meetings, attending and taking minutes and following up on necessary actions. Administration of complaints, including logging and drafting responses in line with policy.
