Description Salary range: £55,323 - £58,461 p.a. inc. London weighting Contract: Permanent Hours of work: 36 hours per week Location: Civic centre and Welsh Harp Centre Brent's Inclusion service are looking to recruit a full-time, permanent Post 16 Skills and Resource manager Brent is a tremendously vibrant London borough where the iconic arch of Wembley Stadium dominates the skyline. The Post This is an exciting opportunity to join Brent in the newly created post of Post 16 Skills and Resource manager. This post will look to work with a wide range of stakeholders and organisations to develop Brent's Post 16 offer for children and young people with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND), with a particular focus on the development of the offer at the new Welsh Harp skills and horticultural centre (due for completion January 2027). The Person We are looking for a person with significant experience of supporting young people with SEND as they prepare for adulthood. The ideal candidate would be confident in delivering and developing a skills based offer, to include horticultural and countryside management type skills. A strong communicator, the successful candidate will need to be confident to work with a degree of independence and creativity to establish this offer in-line with the wishes and needs of the community.
