Due to sustained growth and continued demand, we’re now looking to recruit an experienced Panel Wirer to join their production team. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled individual who enjoys working in a fast-paced, quality-driven environment, where attention to detail and technical competence are genuinely valued. As a Panel Wirer, you’ll be responsible for the build and wiring of electrical control panels to a high standard, working from technical drawings and specifications. You’ll play a key role in ensuring products meet both customer requirements and the company’s exacting quality standards. Panel Wirer Key responsibilities include: Wiring and assembling electrical control panels and sub-assemblies Reading and interpreting electrical schematics and wiring drawings Installing components such as contactors, relays, PLCs, and terminal blocks Carrying out point-to-point wiring and cable dressing Ensuring all work complies with internal quality standards and industry regulations Supporting continuous improvement and contributing to a positive team environment What We’re Looking For Proven experience as a Panel Wirer or in a similar electrical assembly role Strong ability to read and work from electrical drawings and schematics A high level of attention to detail and pride in quality workmanship The ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment A proactive, reliable, and team-focused approach
