Protocol Education is currently recruiting for a 1:1 Teaching Assistant to work with a child with additional needs. This role is suitable for candidates experienced in working with children with SEN, supporting speech and language development, movement breaks, and social interaction both inside the classroom and during playtimes.

We seek someone with effective, positive behaviour management skills and a calm, reassuring nature. The role is varied, requiring an adaptable, flexible, and resourceful individual capable of coping with a high-pressure environment and changing priorities.
Working hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 8:30 am - 3:30 pm.

Pay rates include statutory holiday pay. This is a temporary position, with potential for permanent employment later.
