MERSE MEDICAL PARACTICE
We are looking for an enthusiastic Practice Nurse to join our friendly team. This is a temporary role initially, but there is a possibility it could become permanent as we have recently expanded by taking over another practice.
Key Responsibilities:
* Chronic Disease Management – including diabetes, asthma, COPD, and hypertension reviews.
* Cervical Screening
* Delivering high-quality, patient-centered care.
* Supporting the wider clinical team in delivering exceptional primary care services.
Requirements:
* Registered Nurse with current NMC registration.
* Experience in chronic disease management and cervical screening.
* Excellent communication and organisational skills.
Hours and days of work are negotiable for the right candidate, rate of pay will be based on experience and knowledge.
We care for patients across Duns and the surrounding area, and after recently integrating the neighbouring 2C practice, we’re now supporting a combined list of around 9,500 patients. We’ve got a brilliant mix of skills in the team, including 4 GP partners, 3 salaried GPs, an ENP, 2 practice nurses, a HCA, and a fantastic admin team who keep everything running smoothly.
