Our Occupational Health Advisor will: Provide expert advice on Occupational Health matters across the business. Promote health and wellbeing initiatives to support a positive workplace culture. Manage and coordinate casework involving illness, injury, and referrals. Conduct pre-employment health screenings and advise on workplace adjustments. Perform regular health checks for high-risk roles (e.g. forklift and crane operators). Maintain accurate, confidential health records in line with GDPR. Collaborate closely with HR and line managers to support attendance and performance. Report on Occupational Health KPIs and manage departmental budgets and resources. Liaise with outside agencies as required including GP's and hospitals What we're looking for in our Occupational Health Advisor: RGN (Registered General Nurse) with minimum 3 years' post-registration experience Diploma (or higher) qualification in Occupational Health Strong working knowledge of UK Occupational Health practice and legislation Compassionate, professional and proactive approach to workplace health Disabled applicants are welcome and encouraged to apply.
