Role Overview

Optima is seeking a talented and motivated Graduate Software Developer to join our dynamic team and contribute to the development of our next generation Warehouse Management Software.
As a Junior Software Developer at Optima, you will:
* Contribute to the design, develop, and deploy high-quality software solutions.
* Innovate and collaborate with other stakeholders to find solutions to problems.
* Write clean, maintainable and efficient code using industry best practices.
* Troubleshoot and debug software issues to ensure smooth functionality.
* Supporting live software
* Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies.
* Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to help you develop as a Developer.
* Contribute to the full software development lifecycle, from concept to deployment.
Key Skills & Experience
Required:
* Strong understanding of software development principles and methodologies
* Proficiency in C# (.NET)
* Experience with at least one of the following: SQL, Javascript, CSS, HTML
* Capable of working and learning independently
* Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think logically
* Excellent communication and teamwork
