Elevation Recruitment Group are working with a specialist contractor delivering innovative, high-quality solutions across major projects. We're looking to speak to Quantity Surveyors open to permanent or contract opportunities.
You'll join a collaborative commercial team and take ownership of cost and contract management across complex, critical works for high-profile clients.
🔍 What You’ll Be Doing:
• Managing commercial activity from contract award to final account
• Handling variations and change management with clients
• Working across departments to drive successful outcomes
• Building strong relationships with clients, suppliers & subcontractors
✅ What We’re Looking For:
• Experience as a QS or Assistant QS in construction
• Familiarity with NEC3/NEC4 contracts
• Strong communication and commercial awareness
• Fabrication knowledge (desirable)
