About the Role As a Learning Support Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting learners to reach their goals. You’ll work closely with students to provide academic guidance, assist in delivering engaging learning activities, and promote a positive, inclusive learning environment. This position supports the Jobs Growth Wales Plus (JGW) programme — a Welsh Government initiative designed to enhance employability by providing training and work experience opportunities to young people and those seeking employment. Key Responsibilities * Support learners in completing assignments and coursework set by their tutors. * Assist in delivering learning programmes, ensuring learners remain motivated and engaged. * Provide one-to-one or small group support to help learners achieve their personal and academic targets. * Foster an inclusive and encouraging environment where every learner feels supported.
