Main Responsibilities
* Operate independently across multiple global markets, adapting solutions to local needs while maintaining global consistency.
* Act as the primary point of contact for global technology requirements, ensuring alignment between client expectations and internal delivery teams.
* Build trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders, translating business needs into actionable technical roadmaps.
* Collaborate across business, technology, and client teams to drive alignment and achieve shared outcomes.
* Identify opportunities to enhance client value through digital transformation, linking technology initiatives directly to business outcomes.
* Monitor emerging technologies and trends to inform strategy and elevate the client experience.
