About Our Client

Job Description
3. Providing comprehensive secretarial and administrative support to the team
4. Organising national and international events and meetings.
5. Managing diaries, coordinating meetings and, organising travel arrangements for multiple members of the Executive team
6. Preparing reports, presentations and correspondence
7. Managing national and international travel and accommodation for the Executive team and event attendees
8. Maintaining confidential files and records
9. Act as a primary point of contact and provide cover in the absence of the Senior Executive Assistant
10. Handling incoming enquiries and resolving issues efficiently,
11. Assisting with project management tasks as required
12. Coordinating schedules, meetings and appointments both internally and with external stakeholders and institutions
13. Building strong relationships with colleagues and external stakeholders
14. Preparing and distributing meeting agendas and materials including confidential meeting papers
15. Contributing to the overall efficiency of the Secretarial & Business Support department
The Successful Applicant
A successful Executive Assistant should have:
16. Experience as an Executive Assistant
17. Excellent organisational and time management skills
18. Proficiency in MS Office Suite
19. High level of discretion and confidentiality
20. Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
21. A proactive, can-do attitude
