Frizzell Wealth Management in Wallingford is growing. This opportunity is ideal for an experienced Paraplanner who wants greater ownership of cases, exposure to high-value planning work and clear scope to strengthen their professional standing.
The role
You will play a central role in supporting advisers by delivering technically robust and compliant financial planning documentation.
By working on complex cases, including asset-rich clients, you will deepen your product knowledge and strengthen your regulatory understanding. Your analysis and structured reports will directly support high-quality advice.
If you have experience within St. James's Place, this would be highly advantageous.
Key Responsibilities
You will:
Produce detailed financial planning reports that demonstrate your technical strength
Draft suitability letters that clearly reflect well-structured advice
Take full ownership of cases from research to completion, building confidence and autonomy
Work directly with providers and clients, enhancing your communication and influence
Manage your own pipeline, improving efficiency and accountability
Ensure every file meets regulatory standards, protecting and strengthening your reputation

The person
You will be an experienced Paraplanner
You will also bring:
Strong technical knowledge of financial products and regulation
Excellent written communication skills
High attention to detail
Confidence using Microsoft Office and CRM systems
The ability to manage deadlines calmly and independently
