Change Process Manager Change Management | PMO | Governance | IT | Small > Mid Sized company | Financial Services Overview: As Change Process Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in supporting the Transformation team as they deliver programmes of organisational, process, and technological change. You'll own and manage the E2E change management framework, ensuring initiatives flow consistently and effectively through the business. This includes developing structured processes, guiding delivery leads, and embedding best-practice governance. You'll also lead on stakeholder engagement, impact assessment, and adoption strategies to ensure change is sustainable and benefits are realised.
