As our Procurement manager your responsibilities will include but not be limited to;

1. Ensure that the company requirements for category are fulfilled with the optimum quality, service, and total cost of ownership, which are consistent with the needs of our internal business partners, the opportunities presented by the market, and meet our short and long-term requirements

2. Manage communications between suppliers and our internal business partners to ensure business needs are met on an ongoing basis

3. Develop and maintain expertise on vendor selection, relationships and negotiation

4. Maintain close, co-operative relationships with key business partners, enabling development of relevant, forward focused category strategies

5. Operate with an E2E Business mindset to ensure supply base delivers maximum return on investment, enhances K-C brand equity, and ultimately improves K-C’s level of profitability

6. Ensure that internal control requirements are met in an efficient and effective manner

7. You are not afraid to challenge the status quo and have a positive can-do attitude.

8. Deep understanding of pricing and pricing models in different global geographies/markets.

In one of our professional roles, you’ll focus on winning with consumers and the market, while putting safety, mutual respect, and human dignity at the center. To succeed in this role, you will need the following qualifications:

9. Bachelor’s degree and significant Facility management Procurement experience. Other additional indirect categories are advantageous

10. Excellent communication and presentation skills with extensive experience in stakeholder management

11. Excellent quantitative and data analysis skills

12. Experienced and capable influencer of peers and senior managers

13. Skilled negotiator / results oriented

14. Excellent commercial contracts knowledge

15. English C1 is a must. At least one other European Language (desirable) (C Level).

16. Problem solving experience in reducing total costs and improving processes (desirable)
