What you will be doing...
Champion the guest and owner experience by turning feedback into actions that improve service, performance and satisfaction
Support the team in meeting and exceeding guest experience targets
Help train and develop the experience team to deliver exceptional service
Manage telephones during operational hours to ensure seamless communication
Host unforgettable forums, drop-ins, and social events that delight your park’s community
Support in the management of budgetary costs for owner sales and monitor and maintain effective cost controls
