About the Role
Reporting to the Managing Director and Senior Operations Managers, the Office Manager will lead a small administration team and oversee a wide range of responsibilities including HR support, document control, IT coordination, QA and compliance, and general office management. Youll be instrumental in developing and maintaining efficient systems and processes that support our operational excellence.
