What’s involved?
As the Assistant F&B Manager, you will work closely with the F&B Manager to lead a large team across multiple outlets. This is a highly operational role requiring a “lead from the front” mentality.
Key Duties:
6. Operational Leadership: Provide hands-on supervision for the Restaurant, Bar, Room Service, and Conference & Banqueting.
7. Team Development: Coach and mentor the team during live service to ensure 4-star standards are consistently met.
8. Commercial Support: Assist with rota management, cost control, and stock monitoring.
9. Guest Journey: Handle feedback professionally and encourage upselling activities to enhance the guest experience.
Key Requirements:
10. Experience: 3-5 years in a hotel F&B management or supervisory role.
11. Management Style: This is not an office role; you will be expected to lead during peak service periods.
12. Expertise: Working knowledge of food safety, health and hygiene.
13. Flexibility: Comfort working a varied rota including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
