Summary
We are seeking a Food Service Associate to join our team at Elizabeth Finn Homes. In this role, you will play a vital part in delivering high-quality dining experiences for our residents, ensuring that their nutritional needs are met with care and attention. Your contributions will directly enhance the quality of life for those we serve.
Responsibilities
Assist in the preparation and serving of meals to residents in a timely manner.
Ensure that all food is presented attractively and meets dietary requirements.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen and dining areas.
Support the kitchen staff with inventory management and stock rotation.
Engage with residents to understand their preferences and dietary needs.
Adhere to food safety regulations and hygiene standards.
Requirements
Previous experience in food service or hospitality is preferred but not essential.
Strong communication skills to interact effectively with residents and staff.
Ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
A passion for providing excellent service and enhancing resident satisfaction.
