Job Title: Learning Support Assistant (Full-Time) Location: Swadlincote, Derbyshire Salary: £95-£110 Contract Type: Full-Time, Term-Time Only (plus INSET days where required) About the Role We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Learning Support Assistant to join a secondary school in Swadlincote. This is a full-time position supporting students across Key Stages 3 and 4, helping them to access the curriculum and reach their full potential. You will work closely with teachers, SENCOs, and other support staff to provide tailored assistance to students with a range of learning needs, including Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND).
