with a passion for delivering exceptional service? We are currently seeking a dedicated and hardworking individual to join our team at our Waste Treatment Plant in Cambridge operating our RCV, RoRo, FEL, Skip and Box Van vehicles.

What is the purpose of this role?
* Daily RCV routes within Cambridgeshire emptying commercial waste bins single manned working
* To complete daily checks on vehicles, logging faults on a database system & reporting defects to Vehicle Workshop.
* Operate a variety of vehicles
* Working at all times in accordance with relevant risk assessments and safe working methods, taking into account site hazards on the day, and using the appropriate supplied safety clothing
* Reporting of all incidents, close calls, any unsafe acts or unsafe situations seen on site to Line Manager
* Comply with safe working methods and wear appropriate safety clothing
* Represent a professional image to customers and other road users

In a single year we process 300,000 tonnes of waste that is turned into energy. This generates the same amount of energy as approximately 600 million solar panels. Similarly we recycle circa 95,000 tonnes of waste.
