Responsibilities
* Provide non-contentious construction advice on landmark infrastructure projects and social housing developments.
* Advise clients across housing, education, leisure and commercial sectors, including local and central government departments, developers, employers, contractors, investors, housing associations, subcontractors and consultants in both private and public sectors.
* Advise on development through design and construction, procurement and asset management/maintenance contracts.
Qualifications
* Experience as a non-contentious construction lawyer (5+ years preferred).
