Conveyancing Paralegal
Location: Chesterfield
Hours: Full-time, Monday – Friday
Type: Permanent
Salary: Competitive
An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Conveyancing Paralegal to join a friendly and supportive Residential Property team in the heart of Southwell.
The Role
You will assist and support fee earners in all aspects of residential conveyancing, including:
* Preparing sales packs and managing case files
* Drafting and submitting SDLT returns
* Completing Land Registry applications
* Handling exchange of contracts and completion procedures
* General file management and administrative support
About You
The ideal candidate will have:
* Previous experience as a Conveyancing Paralegal or within a residential property department
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
* Excellent communication skills and a client-focused approach
* Ability to manage a busy workload and meet deadlines
