Job Overview:
We are seeking experienced and customer-oriented Front of House Staff to join our team. As a Front of House Team member, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional service to our guests and ensuring a positive and enjoyable experience at our establishment.
Duties:
- Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
- Take orders from customers and provide recommendations based on their preferences
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
- Handle cash transactions and process payments accurately
- Monitor alcohol consumption and ensure responsible service
- Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner, providing excellent customer service
- Assist in the preparation of bar snacks or light food items as needed
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food orders
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members
- Previous experience in bartending or working in a similar role preferred
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and practices
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong phone etiquette skills for taking reservations or handling inquiries
- Culinary or hospitality background is a plus
- Ability to work well within a team and provide assistance where needed
- Strong attention to detail and ability to handle cash transactions accurately
