My client is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Recruitment Branch/Business Manager to take over the successful flagship branch in Chesterfield, Derbyshire. The ideal candidate will have high street recruitment experience in sectors such as Industrial, Logistics/Driving, Commercial, or Engineering, with proven billing success. The Chesterfield branch manages large national accounts from Cornwall to Scotland. The candidate should possess a positive attitude towards business development, demonstrate tenacity, enthusiasm, and energy, and be personable to build rapport with new contacts. Industry focus should be in high street sectors with a track record of success in temps or perms. A competitive spirit to excel in fast-paced markets is essential.
Key Responsibilities
1. Manage a branch as a billing Branch Manager, overseeing large On-Site Accounts and leading a team of Recruitment Consultants. Drive new business development, chase leads, establish connections, and expand the client base.
2. Display tenacity by overcoming setbacks and challenges with resilience and determination.
3. Maintain enthusiasm and energy to motivate yourself and engage clients and candidates effectively.
4. Build strong relationships with contacts, clients, and candidates through likeability and rapport.
5. Develop industry expertise in high street recruitment sectors, staying informed about trends and market demands.
6. Perform daily tasks consistently, recognizing that consistency is key to success.
7. Exhibit a competitive spirit and drive to achieve excellence beyond expectations.
8. Lead and develop a team of Recruitment Consultants to achieve results.
