We are seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Manager with a specialized focus on Paid Social. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating, managing, and optimizing paid social campaigns across various platforms to drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions. This role requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of social media advertising, audience targeting, and analytics. What you'll be doing: Campaign Strategy and Execution: Develop and implement comprehensive paid social strategies to meet business objectives. Manage and optimize paid social campaigns across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, Pinterest, and TikTok. Conduct thorough audience research and segmentation to target the right demographics effectively. Create compelling ad copy and visual content that aligns with brand messaging and objectives. Performance Monitoring and Optimization: Monitor, analyse, and report on campaign performance metrics using tools such as Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and other analytics platforms. Continuously optimize campaigns to improve key performance indicators (KPIs) such as engagement rates, click-through rates (CTR), conversion rates, and return on ad spend (ROAS). Perform A/B testing to determine the most effective strategies and tactics. Budget Management: Manage and allocate budgets effectively to maximize ROI. Forecast and report on budget expenditure and ensure campaigns remain within allocated budgets. Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with the wider marketing team to ensure paid social efforts are integrated with overall marketing strategies. Liaise with other departments, such as sales and product, to align on goals and performance. Provide regular updates and insights to stakeholders on campaign performance and improvements. Market and Competitor Analysis: Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and competitor strategies. Identify opportunities for growth and development in the paid social landscape. Tools and Technology: Utilize various tools and platforms for campaign management and performance analysis, such as Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Hootsuite, Sprout Social, and others. Stay up-to-date with the latest industry tools and trends to ensure best practices. What we're looking for: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on paid social. Proven track record of managing successful paid social campaigns. In-depth knowledge of Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and other social advertising platforms. Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision making. Proficiency in using analytics and reporting tools such as Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, LinkedIn Analytics, etc. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong project management skills and attention to detail.
