Hotel Food & Beverage Supervisor
Location: Manchester, Greater Manchester, United Kingdom
Salary: £13.71 per Hour
Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent

As a key player in the hospitality industry, we are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Hotel Food & Beverage Supervisor to join our team.
Responsibilities:
* Supervise and coordinate all food and beverage activities within the hotel
* Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
* Manage inventory and order supplies
* Train and mentor staff members
* Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly
* Maintain high standards of quality control, hygiene, and customer service
* Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations
Qualifications:
* Previous experience in a similar role within the catering & hospitality industry
* Strong leadership and communication skills
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
* Knowledge of food and beverage trends
* Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities
* Food Hygiene Certificate is desirable
