Blackpool and The Fylde College (B&FC) is currently seeking a motivated and experienced Lecturer in Hairdressing on a casual basis. This is an exciting opportunity to deliver high-quality teaching and inspire students to excel in the dynamic and ever-evolving hairdressing industry.

Blackpool and The Fylde College (B&FC) is currently seeking a motivated and experienced Lecturer in Hairdressing on a casual basis. This is an exciting opportunity to deliver high-quality teaching and inspire students to excel in the dynamic and ever-evolving hairdressing industry.
Your Responsibilities Will Include
As a key member of the team, your primary responsibility will be to assist in the development and delivery of outstanding learning experiences for students. Specific duties will include:
* Delivering inclusive, high-standard teaching, learning, and assessment in Hairdressing.
* Supporting curriculum design and helping to ensure programmes meet current regulations, specifications, and industry standards.
* Monitoring and supporting student recruitment, retention, achievement, and progression through tailored developmental guidance.
* Actively contributing to student recruitment through interviews, open days, and guidance activities.
* Maintaining current subject knowledge and effective teaching practices (digital and face-to-face), while contributing to wider professional practice and the academic community.
