About the role:
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Electrician to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, testing and repairing electrical systems across various sites. This role offers an excellent opportunity to utilise your electrical expertise in a dynamic environment, ensuring safety and compliance with industry standards. Candidates must possess strong technical skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Key Responsibilities:
Complete electrical installations, repairs, and maintenance in our facilities, Fleet and Owner's Holiday Homes.
Diagnose and resolve electrical faults.
Perform routine inspections and testing of electrical systems to ensure compliance with current regulations, carrying out remedial repairs as required.
Install, maintain, and upgrade electrical systems including wiring, circuit breakers, lighting, and power outlets.
Work closely with the maintenance and housekeeping team to provide seamless, high-quality service across multiple parks.
Keep detailed records and ensure full compliance with health and safety regulations.
Experience and Skills:
City & Guilds 2365 Parts 1 & 2 (or equivalent), culminating in a Level 3 Technical, Certificate including the National Electrotechnical Training (NET) AM2 certificate.
Demonstrable experience working in the electrical industry.
City & Guilds 2382 - B.S. 7671 IET Wiring Regulations certificate to the latest edition.
City and Guilds 2391 or equivalent.
NICEIC Approved contractor desirable.
Previous experience working on electrical systems in holiday homes (preferred, but not essential).
Ability to work unsupervised and as part of a team.
Excellent communication skills.
Full, clean UK driving licence.
