About You

You have a true passion for video games and the wider industry—from indie gems to major AAA blockbusters. With 4-5 years of experience in games PR, marketing, or publishing (ideally in an agency or publishing role), you have a strong understanding of the landscape and a well-established network within the UK industry. If you also have international connections, that's a huge plus

You're detail-oriented, highly organised, and thrive in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same. A natural communicator, you can build strong relationships with clients, journalists, and content creators alike. You're confident in explaining your thoughts and ideas clearly, can adapt quickly to changing situations, and enjoy juggling multiple projects at once. Experience with tracking tools would be a bonus.

In this role, you'll support the Gaming Director in developing, managing, and growing the DDA gaming division. We'd love someone who is eager to learn and collaborate with our other teams across film, TV, awards, brands, and creators—all of which are expanding their entertainment offerings.

Key Responsibilities

* Pitch Process Management – Be a core part of the DDA Gaming pitch process. Outreach to potential clients, develop strong industry connections (both digitally and IRL) and be part of our pitch process by crafting the campaign, making data informed choices and feel confident presenting them to prospective clients.
* Client & Campaign Management – Acting as a key point of contact for gaming clients, ensuring campaigns run smoothly and meet strategic objectives.
* Media Relations & Outreach – Building strong relationships with journalists, influencers, and content creators to maximise coverage and engagement. Lead our creator strategy and identify all YouTube, Twitch, TikTok and streaming content creator relationships.
* Press Material Creation – Crafting and distributing press releases, key messaging documents, and tailored pitches to different media audiences.
* Campaign Strategy and Activation – Collaborating with internal teams to develop and execute key campaign milestones and fresh publicity ideas, ensuring seamless delivery.

* Reporting & Performance Analysis – Providing detailed pre, during, and post-activation reports to evaluate campaign success and key learnings.
* Staying Industry Aware – Keeping up to date with the latest gaming trends, news, and emerging technologies to maintain industry expertise. This includes social media and gaming community sentiment.

* Salary band of £40-50k depending on experience.
* Hybrid working – enjoy the best of both worlds with two days in the office and remote flexibility.
* Enhanced maternity and paternity leave.
* Wellbeing support through the Health Assure Employee Assistance Programme.
* Exciting industry perks – attend top gaming events, conferences, film screenings, premieres, and exclusive industry happenings.
