Job Description
What you will be doing:
1. Assist in leading, mentoring and training the Food & Beverage Operations team
2. Supervise and delegate duties to team members effectively
3. Ensure brand standards are maintained across all food and beverage outlets
4. Liaise with kitchen to ensure the highest standard of food quality and visual appeal
5. Monitor and maintain excellent customer service standards
6. Manage staff rotas and schedules to ensure optimal coverage during peak times
7. Conduct regular quality checks on food and beverage items
8. Handle customer feedback and complaints professionally and efficiently
9. Assist in implementing new menu items and seasonal promotions
10. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and food hygiene standards
11. Participate in staff recruitment and performance evaluations
12. Assist in inventory management and stock control
13. Collaborate with other departments to enhance overall guest experience
14. Support the organisation of special events and functions
15. Contribute to the development and implementation of marketing strategies for food and beverage outlets

Qualifications
What we are looking for:
Strong experience in a similar hospitality role
Interpersonal and problem solving abilities and the ability to lead by example
Fluent in English
Right to work in the UK
