Job Description
* East Suffolk Services Limited, Lowestoft NR32 2EF with some travel to Woodbridge (IP13 6ET)
* £34,314 - £37,035 per annum (pro rata for part time staff)
* 29.6 hours per week
* Permanent
East Suffolk Services is a lively and fast paced place to work. We cover waste collection, street cleaning, parking enforcement, facilities management, cleaning grounds maintenance, CCTV and Home Alarms, cash collection, bereavement services and more!
Our ideal candidate will be empathetic, easy to talk to, inquisitive, and a critical thinker with great organisational, analytical and communication skills.
The responsibilities with the role will be to provide effective support to the Senior Leadership Team comprising of three Directors. Support includes organisation, project support, report writing and minute taking. Experience in supporting a Financial Director will be prioritised when we are shortlisting.
The skills and experience we need is as follows:
* Significant experience of working with senior leadership teams to provide advice, analysis and support on the development of medium- and long-term strategy.
* Ability to communicate to a high standard, both written and verbally, to a variety of audiences
* Able to respond and react appropriately to constantly changing demands and conflicting priorities to meet challenging deadlines and objectives.
* Experience of supporting the delivery of high-profile projects and programmes.
* Able to demonstrate analytical skills for assessing information and carrying out research effectively.
