Post: Behaviour, Attendance and Safeguarding Support

Full Time (37 hours per week)/term-time only

Salary details: Grade D, Points 11-14 (£27,532- £30,119) Actual salary £23,481 - £25,688

Status: Permanent

The Sixth Form College, Solihull, a large, culturally diverse institution specializing in A Levels and Level 3 BTEC qualifications, is part of the Summit Learning Trust.

We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced administrative colleague to support members of the Senior Leadership Team, focusing on behaviour, attendance, and safeguarding.

Requirements include GCSE English and Maths (or equivalent) at grade 4 or above, with a preference for A level or equivalent education. Previous administrative experience supporting senior leaders, initiative, workload prioritization, flexibility, excellent customer service skills, and a passion for working with young people are essential.
