This is an 18 month fixed term contract role with travel to our head office in Widnes at least once a week so our ideal candidate will be based within an hours commute of Widnes.

Who you’ll be supporting & more about the role:
As an L&D Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in supporting both learners and stakeholders by responding to a variety of queries and ensuring the smooth coordination of learning and development activities. In our dynamic and fast-paced team, no two days are the same – you’ll update training schedules, promote programmes, liaise with suppliers, coordinate financial admin and much more!
Day to Day (list not exhaustive see attached job description)
7. Management of central L&D Inbox, responding to general L&D queries and first-line troubleshooting on the Learning Management System (LMS).
8. Coordinating internal training and external training programmes, including logistical arrangements andscheduling support.
9. Support with maintaining learning resources and materials alongside classroom equipment stocks.
10. Supporting with supplier and venue management, and maintenance of our preferred supplier list
11. Coordinating Learning and Development updates across communication channels to ensure consistent messaging and learner engagement with L&D initiatives.
12. Support with the maintenance of our Learning Management System, Dare to Learn (Cornerstone)
13. Provide ad-hoc reporting, ensure all data is managed securely.
14. Support with invoicing queries, financial management and budget tracking.
15. Provide admin support for L&D projects as required
16. Support the continuous improvement and optimisation of L&D processes

Qualifications, Skills and Experience
17. Level 3 qualification or above (e.g. Business Admin, CIPD Level 3)
18. Strong IT skills and confidence using digital systems
19. Experience in admin support, event coordination, and customer service
20. A proactive, flexible, and improvement-focused mindset
21. Excellent communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills
22. Ability to analyse and present data clearly
23. Previous experience with a Learning Management System (Cornerstone) would be advantageous, not essential.
