Job Description
As Supplier and Replenishment Coordinator, you will play a critical role in ensuring optimal stock availability across a diverse and high-value product range. Acting as a key liaison between suppliers, internal teams, and logistics partners, you will support end-to-end replenishment activity while maintaining data accuracy and operational efficiency.This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented supply chain professional looking to develop their career within a premium, fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities
3. Manage supplier purchase orders, confirmations, and delivery schedules
4. Monitor stock levels and execute replenishment plans to maintain availability while minimising excess inventory
5. Act as the primary point of contact for suppliers regarding lead times, allocations, pricing, and availability
6. Coordinate closely with warehousing and logistics teams to ensure timely inbound deliveries
7. Maintain accurate product, pricing, and supplier data within ERP systems
8. Support forecasting and demand planning processes through data analysis and reporting
9. Assist with vintage changes, new product set-up, and supplier transitions
10. Resolve supply issues proactively, escalating risks where appropriate
The Successful Applicant
The successful Supplier and Replenishment Coordinator candidate will come with the following skill set:
11. Previous experience in supply chain, replenishment, procurement, or operations coordination
12. Strong organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail
13. Confident communicator, comfortable managing supplier relationships
14. Analytical mindset with the ability to work with stock, sales, and forecasting data
15. Proficient in Excel; ERP or inventory management system experience advantageous
16. Experience within FMCG, luxury goods, drinks, or premium retail is highly desirable
17. A genuine interest in wine or premium products is a plus, though not essential
