We are seeking a Reward Manager to join our People department on a 12-month fixed-term contract starting in July 2025, as part of our ongoing growth and innovation.

Role Overview

The reward team manages and analyses reward data, engages with stakeholders, and contributes to our compensation strategies. The ideal candidate will have strong data analysis skills, stakeholder management abilities, and familiarity with compensation software systems.

This pivotal role involves:

1. Conducting detailed data analysis within a reward context, including document and system analysis.
2. Managing relationships with stakeholders and communicating effectively.
3. Utilizing compensation software such as Oracle.
4. Applying Willis Towers Watson global grading methodology.
5. Handling challenging pay review and reward analytics conversations.

This position is classified at CUK08 level and offers hybrid working, including up to two days from home.

What You'll Bring

We are looking for candidates with:

* Experience in a reward or performance-related role.
* Knowledge of HR policies and procedures.
* Advanced Excel skills and proficiency in Word and PowerPoint.
* Understanding of cost and benefit analysis and trend identification.
* Experience handling confidential information with tact.
* Experience reviewing and maintaining systems and processes.
* Excellent attention to detail.
* Strong planning and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize under pressure.
* Experience working under tight deadlines.

* Autonomy and Collaboration: Ability to work independently and as part of a team, building effective relationships.
* Commercial Awareness: Understanding the business impact of decisions and actions.
